The essence of ag essence

 Bill Wingfield is a chemist, inventor, entrepreneur and founded of AG Essence in 2011. He has formulated personal care products for over 30 years for large corporations such as Kellogg's and Kraft. He developed and holds 5 chemical patents, has 4 patents pending and is an authority on chelated silver wound care products. He is a longtime member of the American Chemical Society and the Virginia Academy of Science.  He is a Marine veteran and a graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Chemistry. 

Sam Gonzalez has been working in the personal care manufacturing industry since he joined AG Essence as a Plant Manager in 2013. Over the years, Sam has received training in product development and operations management, building a strong foundation in manufacturing workflows and quality standards. Since 2019, Sam has taken on a more specialized role. He possesses working knowledge of FDA GMP and ISO 13485 compliance standards. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on manufacturing and fulfillment. Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing soccer, golf and spending time outdoors with his family.
